Classic flap bag

This leica hermes bagis a beautiful classic Chanel flap bag in black patent leather with silver hardware.

I bought it in 2008 in one of Sydney’s Chanel boutiques.

The bags from this era were beautifully made, unlike the Chanel bags of recent years. They were hand sewn and not glued like today.

It has had a colour change from a patent beige to this black. One photo makes the leather looked cracked but it’s not. It’s just a super close-up which shows the granular detail.

The interior is a beautiful ecru color and is in excellent condition. The only marks are small, due to the color change I showed, and are not visible when opened as they are very close to the inside corner. Repainting the interior would get rid of them if they bother you.

I hardly used it as it became discolored just a few years after purchase, so it is in excellent pre-owned condition.

It comes with authenticity labels, its original dust bag and original box which all are in excellent condition.

I'm unfortunately selling so I can raise money to travel later this year. :(
